POSITION: STORE TRAINER

REPORTS TO: UNIT MANAGER

Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour plus tips

General Description:

Coach, support, and mentor new employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Able to obtain all state and local health certifications within 6 months of start date in the new role.

Obtain Barista Certification.

Able to open and close the store.

Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers.

Must be able and willing to mix, sell and serve approved alcohol beverages to guests aged 21 and older upon request and verification of age requirement.

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest with our greeting, “Welcome to Joffrey's,” maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other values of guest service.

• Conduct follow up training.

• Monitor and ensure the quality all beverages and foods served in the unit.

• Possess a high degree of comfort in explaining the origin, production, and brewing of Joffrey’s coffee products.

• Maintain an environment which communicates a mission to constantly meet or exceed guest expectations.

• Follow procedures designed to meet standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Maintain all equipment and machinery in safe, efficient and working order.

• Maintain clear, responsive communication with Unit Manager, Director, and V.P. of Operations.

• Willing and able to work any Joffrey's Coffee location upon request.

Essential Physical Requirements

1. Must be able to bend, climb, and/or push/pull equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.

2. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.

3. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

4. Ability to freely access all areas of the kiosks and theme parks including selling areas, stock area, and register area.

5. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the kiosks.

6. Ability to climb ladders.

7. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing up to 50 pounds.

8. Ability to work varied hours/days.

9. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

10. Be able to withstand weather elements and temperatures.

11. Follow the Disney look.
